Brands (and all creative people behind them) are making great jobs, creative ideas come more and more often. But do these ideas get to the right people at the right moment? Branding 2.0 is a new way to make this happen.
Social Media will allow you to understand and influence the way your customers are seeing you and your products. I have read the other day "It does not matter if you are in the conversation or not, it will happen anyway". So, yes, Brands must be scared about the power of social media, but it is also true that given that we can't control the masses at least we can be there not to make them feel alone.
Just an example for a good online branding campaign made by Loreal (at the beginning was horrible but they reacted on time!), this case study is just an example of how companies should react when they face Social Media.
